Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a skilled display builder to design and assemble store product displays in alignment with department leadership. The role requires hands-on building and timely production of new displays across multiple departments.

You will work with inventory teams, manage monthly display calendars, and ensure safety standards while handling tools and materials in a busy retail warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• One year of construction or building experience required.
• Ability to follow safety regulations and policies.
• Experience in wood working.
• Tile setting experience.
• Use of power tools.
• Use of measuring tools.
• Use of basic tools (hammer, nails, T-square, saw).

Responsibilities

• Design and build store product displays per the Department Manager.
• Create 20–25 displays per week.
• Work with Inventory Control Specialist to submit write-offs and maintain inventory for materials.
• Create a calendar for each month with a plan for all displays.
