Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or relevant certification preferred.
- Experience with regulated environments and compliance standards is a plus.
- Active Pharmacy Technician registration or ability to obtain per state requirements.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled tools or automation technologies in workflows is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Prescription entry into pharmacy systems with accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Review and validate prescription data against source documents to ensure data integrity.
- Continuously optimize data entry workflows using AI-driven insights to improve throughput.
