Jushi Holdings Inc. is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Cincinnati, OH to partner with the Dispensary Manager, lead the team, manage inventory, and ensure high standards of service and compliance. The role involves receiving deliveries, inputting data into MJ Freeway, mentoring staff, and maintaining security and cleanliness.

The position emphasizes guidance in product knowledge, adherence to policies, and overseeing daily store operations with a focus on patient care and safety.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience or study in biology, medicine, horticulture, agriculture, business, management, or hospitality.
• Minimum of 2 years combined dispensary, call center, retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience.
• Excellent computer and technical skills, including experience with POS systems and credit card processing terminals.
• High-level critical thinking, attention to detail, mathematical, language, and reasoning skills.
• Must be comfortable with fractions/decimals and high-volume cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Follow policies for sales and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of products and strains; train others on product knowledge.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate inventory actions with Store Manager.
• Assist Patient Care Specialists in patient consultations to ensure informed product choices.
• Receive deliveries, map to MJ Freeway, and rectify discrepancies.
• Lead opening/closing tasks and end-of-day updates.
• Ensure cash handling accuracy and discount application.
• Verify paperwork, documentation, and IDs for patients.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and uphold safety standards.
• Lead onboarding and training of new Patient Care Specialists.
• Complete MOD cash and inventory functions for closing.
