Jushi Holdings Inc. in Parma, OH is seeking a Shift Supervisor to partner with the Dispensary Manager and lead a team.

You will supervise daily store operations, mentor staff, maintain inventory, and ensure FIFO product flow while delivering outstanding patient service. Duties include receiving deliveries, updating manifests in MJ Freeway, cash handling, opening and closing procedures, and compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years combined dispensary, call center, retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience.
• Strong math, language, and reasoning skills.
• Comfort with cash handling and fractions/decimals.

Responsibilities

• Follow established policies for sales and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of products and industry standards; train teammates on product knowledge.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels; communicate actions with Store Manager.
• Assist Patient Care Specialists in advising patients on product choices.
• Receive new deliveries and verify manifests; map deliveries in MJ Freeway; report discrepancies.
• Complete tasks during shifts; ensure accurate cash handling and discount application.
• Verify documentation and IDs; uphold security and safety procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized store; support open communication with management and coworkers.
• Report team member issues or patient concerns; provide end-of-day updates.
• Lead onboarding and training of new Patient Care Specialists; assist with closing procedures.
• Follow all safety and security procedures for opening and closing.
