Job summary

Jushi Holdings Inc. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to partner with the Dispensary Manager, lead a team, manage deliveries and inventory, and ensure compliant store operations. You will mentor staff and maintain a positive, high-energy environment for patients and customers.

The role emphasizes employee development, cash handling, safety procedures, and adherence to regulatory standards in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.
Associate or Bachelor's degree in any field preferred.
Experience or study in biology, medicine, horticulture, agriculture, business, management, or hospitality.
Minimum of 2 years combined dispensary, call center, retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience.
Excellent computer and technical skills, including POS systems and credit card processing.
High-level critical thinking, attention to detail, math, language, and reasoning skills.
Must be comfortable with basic arithmetic and high-volume cash handling.

Responsibilities

Follow established policies for sales and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain knowledge of products and industry trends and train teammates.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels and coordinate with Store Manager.
Assist patients in selecting products and understand cannabis consumption methods.
