Jushi Holdings Inc. is seeking a Shift Supervisor in the Retail Sales department in Pittsburgh, PA. The role partners with the Dispensary Manager to lead the team, receive deliveries, input inventory data, restock floor stock, and ensure FIFO product flow.

You will mentor and energize the team while upholding service standards. Responsibilities include cash handling, staff training, inventory control, and compliance with safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in dispensary, retail, or customer service.
• Strong math and cash handling skills.
• Excellent computer skills including POS systems.
• Ability to train and lead a team.

Responsabilités

• Follow policies for sales and customer service to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of products and train team on product info.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with Store Manager.
• Assist Patient Care Specialists in product recommendations.
• Receive deliveries and map with MJ Freeway; report discrepancies.
• Delegate tasks and ensure accurate cash handling and paperwork.
• Ensure security and cleanliness; support management communications.
• Onboard and train new Patient Care Specialists with Store Manager.
