C3 Industries' High Profile Cannabis Shop in Muskegon, MI is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee daily store operations and drive sales. The role involves supervising staff, ensuring state compliance, and managing POS and cash handling.

This is a full-time position requiring 3+ years of customer service experience and strong communication skills. Candidates should be comfortable working nights and weekends and be able to open/close the store as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience opening and closing a retail store.
• Experience with POS and cash handling.
• Able to pass a background check and 21+.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Knowledge of state/local cannabis regulations.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and verify IDs.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and conversion goals.
• Assist customers with questions on forms; update POS as needed.
• Maintain waiting room and sales floor stock.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and selections.
• Fill online orders quickly and in compliance.
• Open/close store; manage cash and POS.
• Participate in training and store meetings.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Count, pool, and split tips as assigned.
