Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in any field preferred.
• Experience or study emphasis in biology, medicine, horticulture, agriculture, business, management, or hospitality is desirable.
• Minimum of 2 years combined dispensary, call center, retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience.
• Excellent computer and technical skills, including experience with web browsers, retail POS systems, and credit card processing terminals.

Responsibilities

• Follow and uphold policies for sales and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of products and strains and train others where possible.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate actions with Store Manager.
• Assist patients in consultations to guide product choices.
• Receive deliveries, ensure manifests are accurate and map deliveries in MJ Freeway.
• Lead and delegate tasks during shifts; handle cash and discounts correctly.
• Verify paperwork and IDs for patients; enforce safety and security procedures.
• Maintain organized, clean store and open communication with management and coworkers.
• Report team issues or patient situations; complete end-of-day updates and shift changes.
