Job summary

Verano Holdings Corp in the United States—Florida Navarre region—seeks an Assistant General Manager to assist in managing personnel, inventory purchasing/tracking, sales goals, and act as manager-on-duty when the General Manager is absent.

This role involves 25% focus on inventory activities and maintaining accurate records for inventory. The candidate will coordinate with the GM and dispensary staff to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year as an assistant manager or higher.
• Ability to work with staff and retail management.
• Scheduling including weekends/holidays.
• Proven ability to manage teams.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• At least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Support dispensary staff, inventory, and patient/customer relations.
• Interact with customers and provide exceptional service.
• Respond to inquiries and feedback from customers/patients.
• Resolve in-store situations promptly and respectfully.
• Build bi-weekly staff schedules.
• Walk the floor and assist staff with products, services, and industry changes.
• Coach and develop staff; address questions and concerns.
