Job summary

Green Thumb is seeking a General Manager for RISE Dispensary in Florida to lead a diverse team, drive profitability, and ensure compliant operations across all facets of the customer journey.

You will oversee inventory, cash controls, and staff development while partnering with local communities to deliver memorable, compliant customer experiences. A strong background in retail leadership and cannabis is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable business experience.
• 5+ years in a supervisory or management role in a retail setting, with POS operations experience.
• Cannabis experience preferred.
• Inventory control experience is required.
• Must be able to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direction and oversight of all dispensary operations in compliance with security, inventory, and local/state regulations.
• Drive revenue and profit through programs and promotions.
• Oversee inventory, financial records, and Seed to Sale compliance.
• Maintain cash management and daily reconciliation protocols.
• Conduct monthly audits and scorecard reviews to identify improvements.
