Job summary

Acreage CCF New Jersey, Egg Harbor Township, is seeking a Facility Director to lead on-site cultivation, harvest, processing, and packaging operations to deliver premium cannabis products.

You will supervise all department managers, optimize labor and production schedules, and drive KPI reporting to meet production targets and budgets.

This role requires strong leadership, deep regulatory knowledge, and a track record of scaling operations in a compliant, fast-growing cannabis setting.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
• In-depth cannabis cultivation, processing, and seed-to-sale knowledge.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in seed-to-sale systems and ERP/inventory software.
• Ability to ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and develop all facility managers.
• Oversee cultivation, harvest, processing, and packaging operations.
• Schedule labor and production in line with demand.
• Track and report KPIs like yield, throughput, waste, downtime.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and SOPs.
• Lead continuous improvement and implement new technologies.
• Prepare inventory, production, and financial reports.
• Coordinate with senior leadership on strategic goals.
