Job summary

Jushi is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily retail operations, staffing, scheduling, and compliance while delivering a best-in-class patient experience. This role reports to the Dispensary Store Manager and supports a fast-paced environment.

You will supervise cash handling, vendor relations, merchandising, training, and performance reviews, ensuring a positive team culture and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor Degree preferred.
• Experience in biology, medicine, horticulture, agriculture, business, management, or hospitality.
• Minimum 2 years combined dispensary, retail, or customer service experience.
• Excellent computer and technical skills, including POS systems and card processing.
• Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and numerical reasoning.
• Comfort with high-volume cash handling, Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Able to learn quickly and communicate effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration ability.
• Ability to build relationships and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day retail operations and staffing.
• Train, schedule, and develop Store staff.
• Manage cash handling and POS processes.
• Monitor inventory and vendor relations.
• Ensure compliance with city/state regulations.
• Support merchandising and display initiatives.
• Assist Store Manager and Regional Manager as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety guidelines.
• Support special events and promotions.
• Monitor performance and contribute to company culture.
