Jushi Holdings Inc. is seeking a Dispensary General Manager to oversee daily retail operations, staffing, scheduling, buying, merchandising and compliance. You will drive a positive culture and ensure an exceptional patient experience.

The role requires seasoned leadership, proven staff management skills, and experience with POS systems and cash handling in a fast-paced cannabis environment. Expect collaboration with the Regional Manager and Inventory Team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of supervisor or managerial experience.
• Minimum of five years combined dispensary, call center, retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Hire and develop a team passionate about medical cannabis and service.
• Lead by example with service, pace, positivity and energy.
• Mentor and motivate the team through training and performance reviews.
• Train store staff by developing and delivering training sessions.
