Jushi Holdings Inc. is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily cannabis retail operations, including staffing, scheduling, buying, visual merchandising, cash handling, and compliance. This role reports to the Dispensary Store Manager and aims to foster a positive culture and best-in-class patient experience for customers.

You will mentor staff, manage inventory, build vendor relationships, and ensure adherence to state regulations while maintaining store presentation and performance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor Degree preferred.
• Experience in retail, hospitality or customer service.
• Strong computer and technical skills including POS systems and credit card processing.
• Ability to handle high-volume cash and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and staffing.
• Train, coach and schedule store staff.
• Manage cash handling and POS operations.
• Maintain inventory and perform regular audits.
• Develop vendor relationships and purchasing.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety guidelines.
