Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of hands-on retail management experience.
• Knowledge of state cannabis laws and regulatory compliance is essential.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be 21 years or older; valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and targets.
• Supervise daily store operations, team activities, and customer service decisions.
• Balance cash and manage product inventory; train staff on reconciliation procedures.
• Recruiting, hiring, and scheduling team members; support HR with onboarding.
• Conduct audits of cash, inventory, and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Lead training for new hires and oversee team performance and development.
• Participate in weekly management meetings to align on store goals.
