Greenleaf Apothecaries LLC The Botanist in Columbus, OH is seeking a Dispensary Manager to oversee daily operations and staff, including Lead Dispensary Agents, Dispensary Agents, and Inventory Leads. Strong customer service and compliance are essential.

You will handle cash, deliveries, and inventory, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment and adherence to policies. A high school diploma and 1–2 years of management experience are required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of management experience.
• Cash handling and inventory control experience.
• Familiarity with medical marijuana is preferred but not required.
• Computer skills for day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dispensary operations including cash management, record keeping, scheduling, inventory and recruiting.
• Mentor dispensing agents to ensure patient care.
• Manage intake of deliveries, verify accuracy and update inventory system.
• Provide superior customer service in person and by phone.
• Maintain compliance with laws and company policies.
