Greenleaf Apothecaries LLC The Botanist is hiring a Dispensary Agent to educate and assist patients face-to-face and by phone. You will manage records, help with inventory and cash handling, and support cross-training in order fulfillment tasks.

This role emphasizes patient education, compliance with state law, and a welcoming retail environment. The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years’ experience in a fast-paced client-service industry preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic office software.
• Knowledge of medical marijuana history is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet members in person or by phone and manage appointments.
• Maintain member records in compliance with state law and company policy.
• Answer questions about the law and the company.
• Assist members in selecting medicine and advise on safe dosage.
• Assist Dispensary Manager with inventory and cash management, daily and weekly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
