Greenleaf Apothecaries LLC The Botanist is seeking a part-time Dispensary Agent in Columbus, OH. Responsibilities include greeting customers, educating patients, recording transactions, and assisting with inventory and cash management.

The role emphasizes compliance with state law and company policy. You will join a team focused on safe, confidential service and quality patient care, with thorough training and cross-training in order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced client-service intensive environment; hospitality/retail preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills (Word/Excel).
• Excellent customer service and communication, with ability to handle cash accurately.
• Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and by phone; manage appointments and member intake.
• Maintain accurate member records per state law and company policy.
• Educate customers about products and safe usage; assist with inventory and cash handling.
• Support Dispensary Manager with inventory control and daily/weekly tasks.
• Ensure a clean, welcoming, compliant dispensary environment.
• Additional duties as assigned by management.
