Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 7+ years' experience in a supervisory/management retail role.
• Proficiency with POS operations and inventory control systems.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret regulations and maintain compliance.
• Must be 21+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and profitability through strategic planning and data‑driven actions.
• Track revenue, margin, and budgets; coach to results.
• Monitor sales performance and adjust strategy.
• Optimize menus, pricing, and promotions with corporate teams.
• Manage banners, deals, and promotions.
• Maximize delivery and curbside performance where applicable.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to scale revenue initiatives.
• Activate action plans when KPIs fall short.
• Ensure fiscal discipline and accurate reporting.
• Approve payroll, PTO, and overtime; review performance reports.
