Job summary

FRX Ohio is seeking a Dispensary Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, process orders, collect payments, and accurately use METRC and POS software along with the OAARS program. Responsibilities include setup and closing tasks, plus friendly engagement with customers.

You will handle identity verification, inventory, packaging to standards, and daily data logging; operate METRC, OAARS, Dutchie, and Microsoft tools; and assist pharmacists and staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass a background check.
• Experience in shipping and receiving.
• Prior cashiering experience and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Cannabis dispensary experience preferred.
• If hired, you will be required to provide proof of authorization to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, verify identity, validate registry cards and recommendations, determine preferences and explain promotions.
• Scan orders using handheld scanners, METRC, POS, or manual entry as required.
• Keep product inventory organized and assist with morning/evening checks.
• Package product to legal requirements and company specifications.
• Assist pharmacist and management staff as needed.
• Receive accurate payment methods and log data on Daily Register Sheet.
• Ensure compliance on all paperwork and secure monies in safes or vaults.
• Operate METRC, OAARS, Dutchie, and Microsoft hardware/software.
• Interact with customers and coworkers; perform other duties as assigned.
