Candidates should have 5+ years in general management, OH MMJ retail experience, strong leadership, and proven ability to manage P&L.

Qualifications

• 5+ years general management experience
• OH MMJ retail experience preferred
• Pass a criminal background check
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
• Must be 21 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dispensary operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and customer focus
• Maintain P&L and budget reporting; drive profitability
• Develop, implement, and maintain compliant SOPs for dispensing and inventory
• Lead staff training, onboarding, and performance management
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management across all functions
• Support leadership with strategic insights and performance analysis
