Jushi Holdings Inc. is seeking a Dispensary General Manager in Massachusetts to lead daily store operations, staff development, inventory control, and customer experience. You will ensure compliance with state regulations, manage cash handling, and oversee vendor relationships to optimize profitability.

Ideal candidates have multiple years in dispensary or retail leadership, strong communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years combined dispensary, call center, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience.
• Excellent computer skills and experience with POS systems and credit card processing.
• Strong leadership and staff development capabilities; able to train and evaluate performance.
• Ability to manage cash handling, inventory, scheduling, and compliance in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Hire and develop a team passionate about medical cannabis and service.
• Lead by example with top service, pace, positivity and energy.
• Oversee staffing, training, scheduling, buying, merchandising, cash and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with state laws and internal policies across the store.
• Develop process improvements to support company growth.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee end-of-month reconciliations.
• Guide patients on cannabis recommendations including product selection and dosing.
• Maintain professional store appearance and customer experience.
