Green Thumb is seeking a General Manager for RISe Dispensary in a high-volume cannabis retail setting. Lead a diverse team to deliver a premier consumer experience, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive revenue through focused programs and omni-channel execution.

As a leader, you will coach leaders and team members, optimize inventory and operations, and partner with the community to promote well-being through cannabis.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable business experience.
• At least five years in a supervisory or management role in a retail setting with POS operations.
• Cannabis experience preferred.
• Inventory control experience is required.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must pass background checks.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license or state ID.

• Deliver direction and oversight of all dispensary operations with regulatory compliance.
• Drive revenue and profit through programs and promotions.
• Oversee inventory, financial records, and Seed to Sale compliance.
• Maintain cash handling protocols and daily reconciliation.
• Manage order and expense processes aligned with store budgets.
• Conduct monthly audits and scorecard reviews for improvements.
