Green Thumb Industries is seeking an Assistant General Manager for our RI SE Dispensary to lead a diverse team in delivering excellent customer experiences and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will assist the General Manager with operations, inventory, and staff development, while driving performance and growth. This role offers a fast-track path to General Manager and requires strong leadership and cannabis industry knowledge.

Qualifications

• Min 3 years of managing teams in retail with POS operations.
• Cannabis experience preferred.
• Inventory control experience preferred.
• Willing to work varied shifts incl. mornings, days, nights, weekends.
• Must have reliable attendance.
• Must be 21+ and pass background checks.
• Must have valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Understand cannabis laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensary operations ensuring security, inventory and regulatory compliance.
• Motivate and coach team to execute programs and promotions.
• Manage inventory, financial records and Seed to Sale compliance.
• Handle cash management and daily reconciliation.
• Schedule shifts to align with business needs and budgets.
• Lead omni‑channel customer experience across in-store, drive-thru, curbside & delivery.
• Develop leaders and retain high-performing team; address performance issues.
