Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a leadership role in retail, hospitality, service, or cannabis.
• 2–5 years of customer service experience.
• Cannabis industry experience preferred.
• Ability to clear a background check.
• Flexible working hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff training, hiring, schedules, and payroll.
• Set culture and lead by example to meet company goals.
• Drive revenue and sales KPIs, manage promotions and cost.
• Oversee inventory processes and compliance with METRC and POS.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience and omni-channel strategy.
• Collaborate with HR, Ops, IT, Facilities and cross-functional teams.
• Lead opening/closing, cash handling, and store operations.
