The role emphasizes sales support, policy adherence, training, and effective communication with management, while maintaining cash handling accuracy and product knowledge for a seamless shopping experience.

• Lead by example and set a positive, efficient workplace tone
• Motivate staff to maintain customer service, compliance and efficiency
• Assist and train staff to handle sales and provide service
• Delegate floor staff responsibilities and communicate policy changes
• Ensure customers receive exemplary service and Terrapin is compliant
• Manage cash handling, nightly deposits, and change funds
• Collaborate with Dispensary General Manager on operations and insights
• Coordinate with management on product placement and stock control
• Develop schedules to meet staffing needs and maintain store operations
• Monitor inventory, ensure proper labeling and compliance with regulations
