Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a part-time Dispensary Associate to join our Retail team in Florida. You will guide customers through cannabis products, educate on benefits and potential effects, and ensure compliant, friendly service while processing orders.

This role is on-site with a pay rate of $14 per hour and eligibility for tips. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean workstation, assisting with online orders, and upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field or in a similar field.
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
• Prior experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent people skills and effective communication.
