Trulieve is hiring a Dispensary Associate to guide patients through their cannabis journey with product knowledge and excellent service. You will educate customers, process orders, and ensure compliance with state regulations while delivering an outstanding patient experience.

The role emphasizes customer empathy, teamwork with management, and maintaining a clean, efficient workstation in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field or in a similar field.
• Must be 21+ years old (18+ in PA).
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Prior cash handling experience.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent people skills and clear verbal/written communication.
• Ability to work without supervision and in a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Ability to interact with customers and team members respectfully.
• Able to communicate in conversational English with customers and staff.
• Must pass a comprehensive background check.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record (delivery duties).
• Must be able to move/perform duties physically.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
• Educate patients on cannabis products and effects.
• Process patient orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Assist with returns per policy.
• Support delivery or online order processing as needed.
• Work with leadership to resolve customer issues.
