Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a part-time Dispensary Associate (Temporary) to guide customers through the cannabis purchasing journey, educate on products, and ensure compliance with state regulations. The role emphasizes exceptional service, accurate order processing, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked work area.

The position is on-site with flexible hours, offering up to 25 hours per week and eligibility for tips.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field or in a similar field.
• Prior experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area is a plus.
• Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
• Provide empathy and compassion to patients.
• Provide the TruExperience through elevated patient service standards, behaviors, and product knowledge.
• Assist Managers and Shift Supervisors with returns in accordance with company policy.
• Prepare and process patient orders in a timely and efficient manner.
