Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a Dispensary Associate – Part Time to guide customers through the cannabis journey, education on products, and accurate order processing in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role involves providing exceptional service, following state regulations, handling cash, and maintaining a clean storefront. Evening and weekend availability, up to 25 hours weekly, is expected. Tips may be earned in addition to hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 21+ years old (18+ in CT, PA and WV).
• Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Excellent people skills and effective written/spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
• Educate customers on products and benefits while ensuring compliance.
• Prepare and process patient orders in a timely manner.
• Follow Trulieve policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked workstation and assist with deliveries as needed.
