Qualifications

• 3+ years in high-volume, fast-paced customer-facing team management.
• Two years of cannabis experience preferred.
• Self-starter with leadership skills and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and support the Dispensary Manager to ensure operational excellence.
• Coach team members, train staff, and manage performance.
• Maintain compliance with state protocols and company policies.
• Drive sales, customer service, and KPI achievement (e.g., inventory, payroll, profit).
• Ensure staff are trained on SOPs and compliance.
• Collaborate with security and finance teams to mitigate risks.
