Justice Grown is seeking a hands-on Assistant Manager to support the Dispensary Manager in daily operations of the storefront. You will coach staff, drive performance, ensure compliance, and maintain a customer-first culture in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes training, SOP adherence, and contributing to KPIs across sales, service, and inventory. Cannabis industry experience is preferred and a supportive team environment is offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in high volume, fast-paced customer-facing team management.
• Two years of experience working with cannabis preferred.
• Self-starter with leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Dispensary Manager in daily operations and lead the team.
• Coach staff, ensure compliance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Maintain inventory, cash handling, and SOP adherence.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management.
