Job summary

Copperstate Farms is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support day-to-day dispensary operations in Tucson, AZ. You will work with the General Manager to deliver an outstanding customer experience while ensuring compliance and efficient inventory and money handling processes.

The role requires leadership abilities, strong organizational skills, and knowledge of the cannabis industry and POS systems. You will help manage staff, scheduling, and adherence to policies to drive revenue and

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Background check required; no felony convictions.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong leadership, organizational, interpersonal time management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of the Cannabis Industry and experience with cannabis POS systems.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Inventory Control Manager to ensure Cannabis is accounted for and dispensary has adequate daily stock.
• Ensure compliance with AZDHS regulations and statutes.
• Provide primary support to the General Manager and assist in HR responsibilities, scheduling, and policy implementation.
• Oversee dispensary operations, inventory reconciliation, and money handling processes.
• Lead staff in performance management, rewards, and recognition programs.
• Assist in optimizing product selection and delivering top-notch customer service.
