Job summary

Copperstate Farms is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee daily retail operations and lead the dispensary team in delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will ensure product selection meets customer needs, while driving revenue and maintaining compliance in a fast-paced cannabis environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervising or retail management experience with 1–2 years dispensary experience.
• Must pass a background check to obtain Arizona Facility Agent card.
• Technologically advanced with working knowledge of cannabis POS systems.
• Strong leadership, organizational, interpersonal, time management and communication skills.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Knowledge of the cannabis industry.

Responsibilities

• Drive the shift and motivate an elevated level of service and productivity amongst the dispensary team; assist in opening and closing procedures.
• Perform the position of Store Associate throughout the shift as needed.
• Hit sales KPI’s and coach staff to elevate performance.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Answer questions or assist with escalated customer issues to ensure smooth front-of-house operation.
• Provide administrative and managerial support to General Manager and Assistant General Manager.
