Dispatcher Transportation - Full Time (Harrah's Atlantic City/CES)

Job Description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Demonstrate superior customer service by displaying positive behaviors, maintaining an upbeat attitude, creating positive energy, and celebrating guest wins.
2. Build relationships with guests through warm greetings, anticipate needs, and provide fast, flawless service.
3. Check guest satisfaction and resolve service issues promptly.
4. Promote Total Rewards programs and card memberships.
5. Ensure accurate receipt and implementation of assignments by company drivers.
6. Coordinate limousine activities, from initial contact to completion, including managing transportation manpower and liaising with vendors.
7. Oversee limousine repairs, maintenance, and driver standards.
8. Assist in approving complimentary services for casino-rated players based on guidelines.

EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

High school diploma preferred. Skills needed include typing, filing, communication, organization, telephone, computer, math, and decision-making. Prior clerical and transportation coordination experience is preferred.
