Commercial Appliance Parts & Service in Orlando, FL is seeking an experienced Service Coordinator/Dispatcher to join our in-person team. You will coordinate field service technicians, respond to customer needs, and ensure daily service operations run smoothly.

The role requires dispatching multiple technicians, prioritizing urgent requests, and maintaining clear communication with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Previous service dispatching or coordinating experience required.
• HVAC, refrigeration, commercial service, or other field-service dispatch experience strongly preferred.
• Experience coordinating multiple field technicians and managing changing priorities.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Must successfully complete a background check and drug screen.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming service calls and assist customers with service needs.

This is anIN-PERSONposition in Orlando, FL,Full-Time/Hourly, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Qualifications:
