Fire Systems Inc, part of the Altus Fire & Life Safey family of companies, located in Dartmouth, MA is looking for a Dispatcher to join our team!

The Dispatcher owns scheduling for the branch — the master inspection calendar for every site under contract, the daily schedule and route plan, recurring visit booking, reschedules, and site access confirmation. The role keeps contracted inspection deadlines on track by running forward looking jobs and escalating at risk work early. The position reports to the Division Manager, and works closely with technicians, customers, vendors, branch management, and corporate resources. It is a non exempt, branch based role in a fast paced service environment where priorities shift daily.
