Qualifications

• 1–2 years of dispatching, scheduling, or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and phone skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to stay calm and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable learning and using dispatch or scheduling software.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage daily technician schedules to maximize efficiency.
• Communicate appointment updates and arrival times with customers.
• Dispatch technicians and adjust schedules throughout the day as priorities change.
• Maintain accurate job information, notes, and customer records in ServiceTitan.
• Coordinate with office and field staff to ensure jobs have the necessary information and materials.
• Monitor open work orders and follow up to keep jobs moving.
• Deliver a professional, friendly experience with every customer interaction.
• Support the branch with administrative and operational tasks as needed.
