Job summary

Responsibilities

• Dispatch and schedule drivers, equipment, and transportation resources for daily coverage.

• Serve as primary contact for drivers regarding route changes and delays.
• Handle service disruptions, route changes, and customer concerns promptly.
• Maintain dispatch logs and verify delivery receipts and BOLs.
• Collaborate with warehouse, carrier, and customer service teams to sustain high service levels.
