Job summary

Jw Logistics Operations in Rogers, AR is seeking an experienced Dispatch Coordinator to support Operations by executing dispatch processes and delivering exceptional service to customers and drivers. You will verify carriers, source partners, and dispatch freight while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

The role requires strong Microsoft Office skills, effective communication, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, team-focused environment with occasional second or third shifts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ transportation and third-party dispatch experience.
• 1-2 years’ warehouse experience or truck driving experience.
• 2 years’ dispatching experience.

• Responsible for carrier sourcing and development.
• Regularly and accurately dispatches customer-controlled freight.

Salary Range: $18.00 - $22.00 Hourly

Position Overview: Primarily responsible for executing the dispatch process that supports Operations. Provides exceptional customer service to customers and drivers.

Hours: Position requires an afternoon start; work hours may vary based on business and operational needs.
