Job summary

Hallcon Corporation is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative in Sunnyvale to support commuter riders, verify schedules, and coordinate passenger requests. You will log incidents, assist dispatch, and help maintain smooth daily operations.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma, basic computer skills, and strong communication abilities. Ability to stand for long periods and flexibility to work overtime during peak seasons are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete daily logs of operational issues for records and trend analysis.
• Work flexible hours, including overtime during high-volume seasons and holidays.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring driver relations while providing service to commuter riders
• Verifying and logging late arrivals
• Coordinating and supporting all passenger requestsCommunicating with dispatch on a regular basis regarding changes to normal activity
• Completing daily logs of operational issues for record keeping and trend analysis purposes
• Work flexible hours as required, including overtime during high volume seasons and holidays
• Other duties as needed

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Requires clean Driving Records
• Good communication skills, ability to interact with riders and clients with clarity, tact and courtesy
• Basic understanding and experience with computers and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong performer independently or in a team setting
• Must be qualified to work in the United States
• Prior experience in customer service roles is a plus
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time while exposed to natural elements
