The position offers weekly pay, paid training, and benefits with on-site work; weekend rotations are required and a background check is required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in dispatch, scheduling, or call center environments.
• Experience coordinating field service teams (HVAC or home services).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and multi-line phone systems.
• Familiarity with local geography to support technician routing and service scheduling.
• Must report daily to the office (no remote work available).
• Flexibility to work assigned shifts and weekend rotations as needed.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

We are seeking a highly organized Dispatcher to coordinate scheduling and support our residential HVAC service technicians. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient HVAC service dispatch, technician routing, and customer scheduling throughout the day.
