QUALIFICATIONS

• MUST have a Valid Driver's license and a clean driving record
• MUST be willing to work after hours and occasional weekends
• MUST have experience using ServiceTitan CRM software
• MUST be able to engage in telephone conversations 8-10 hours a day
• MUST have great telephone etiquette and working knowledge of email systems
• MUST have strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• MUST have excellent customer service skills
• MUST have excellent typing skills

Our ideal Electric Dispatcher - CSR will have the ability to learn through observation and hands-on experience, as well as the capacity to follow routine verbal and written instructions. Effective communication skills are essential for interacting with coworkers, management, and customers. Being open to learning new concepts and swiftly applying them is crucial. Our candidate will also demonstrate self-motivation, reliability, and strong interpersonal communication skills, both professionally and technically. The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team is important. Critical thinking skills are highly valued, as well as proficiency in written English. Additionally, our candidate will possess the aptitude to develop tools that enhance departmental efficiency.

YOUR TYPICAL DAY AS AN ELECTRIC DISPATCHER - CSR

This is a full-time position, offering a stimulating schedule of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM.

You'll field incoming calls with a smile, providing top-notch assistance to our customers.
