Qualifications

• 1–2 years in dispatching or customer service
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows-based systems
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to quickly learn new tools and technology
• Team-oriented with a focus on customer service
• Experience with SAP, EAP or other dispatch/transport systems preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch Service Technicians to customer locations, balancing priorities and service commitments
• Serve as the central point of contact for technicians across the assigned territory
• Build efficient schedules and routes to maximize productivity
• Keep customers and technicians informed with updates and expectations
• Monitor service activity in real time and adjust schedules to keep work moving smoothly
• Contribute to achieving performance goals while delivering customer satisfaction
