Main-Care Energy in Albany, NY is seeking a Customer Communications Support Specialist to join our employee-owned team. The role emphasizes a customer-first approach, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task and solve problems while delivering professional service to our customers.

You will dispatch support for service technicians, respond to inquiries across channels, process orders, maintain knowledge of products, and help keep records.

Qualifications

• 3 years minimum of customer service experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience with electronic customer communications via email and online help is a plus

Responsibilities

• Dispatch support for Service Technicians and Fuel Drivers
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Communicate with customers through various channels
• Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
• Administrative tasks as assigned
• Maintain knowledge of products and services to assist customers
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
• Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
• Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
• Cover holiday shifts as needed
