Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling, workflow coordination, or similar roles requiring prioritization.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making in dynamic environments.
• Excellent communication to coordinate with technicians, advisors, and customers.
• Proficiency with scheduling software or dispatch tools.
• Ability to analyze data and optimize operations.

Responsibilities

• Assign repair orders to technicians based on skill, availability, and priority.
• Monitor progress and ensure adherence to schedules and timelines.
