Job summary

Lazydays is seeking a Service Dispatcher to coordinate between the Service Advisor and the technician team. You will assign repair orders based on skill level, certification, and workload, and manage the flow of work through the shop from write-up to completion.

Responsibilities include monitoring progress, updating the dispatcher board, and ensuring timely communication of estimates and changes to customers and advisors. prior RV/auto service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear, professional communicator—daily go-between for Advisors, Technicians, and Parts.
• Ability to manage a high volume of jobs with time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Receive repair orders and assign to technicians based on skill, certification, and workload.
• Maintain the shop dispatch board/queue in real time for visibility.
• Review repair orders for completeness before technician assignment.
• Monitor progress and reallocate work to meet schedule.
• Communicate time and cost changes to the Service Advisor and customer.
