Job summary

Ironclad Environmental Solutions is seeking a Dispatcher Supervisor to ensure delivery and pickup of units while enforcing safety and DOT regulations. You will manage drivers, yard operations, and scheduling across branches, entering assignments into RentalMan and tracking progress daily.

The role involves coordinating with customers, maintaining logs and maintenance records, and collaborating with external vendors and sales teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
• 1 year of experience with dispatching preferred
• Familiar with standard concepts of scheduling and dispatching
• 1-2 years of Customer Service Experience
• RCRA / Hazwopper certification a plus
• Manifest Deciphering a plus
• Environmental Waste experience a plus
• Ability to multi-task effectively
• Knowledge of DOT and state specific safety regulations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to problem solve
• Communicate clearly: verbal and written
• Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Ensure driver and dispatch safety by enforcing safety policies and procedures.
• Manage drivers and yard operations across multiple branches, including scheduling and assigning vehicles.
• Plan and review upcoming deliveries/pick-ups and enter assignments into the RentalMan database.
• Track driver progress, troubleshoot issues, and set daily/weekly priorities.
• Conduct driver performance discussions, training, and ensure collection of proper delivery/pick-up documentation.
• Communicate with customers for scheduling, delivery/pick-up updates, and answer related questions.
• Maintain and file daily/weekly/monthly logs, preventative maintenance records, and trucking profit margins.
• Coordinate with external vendors for hauling services and transportation permits.
• Collaborate with branch and corporate sales for scheduling.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

About The Job

The primary focus of this position is to ensure that all Ironclad Environmental Solutions’ units are successfully delivered and picked up from customer sites, while ensuring the drivers are following all safety and DOT regulations.
