Job summary

Ironclad Environmental Solutions is seeking a skilled local truck driver for Dundalk, MD to safely transport frac tanks, vacuum boxes, and tankers for local customers. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule and the benefit of being home each night while handling heavy equipment and building relationships with clients.

Required qualifications include a valid Class A CDL and Tanker Endorsement, 3+ years of CDL experience (or 2 years with a driving school certificate), ability to lift 50 lbs, and

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and Medical Card.
• 3+ years of CDL Class A driving experience, or 2 years with a truck driving school certificate.
• Tanker Endorsement required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient in English for communication and reporting.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• CDL driving experience from military service accepted.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport frac tanks, vacuum boxes, and tankers to/from local customers.
• Survey customer property, set up, and secure equipment on the property.
• Routinely inspect vehicle to ensure proper maintenance and upkeep.
• Document work performed on deliveries and pickups.
• May be asked to transport non-hazardous loads to/from landfills.
• Occasional overnight travel may be needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport frac tanks, vacuum boxes, and tankers to/from local customers
• Survey customer property, set up, & secure equipment on the property
• Routinely inspect vehicle to ensure proper maintenance and upkeep
• Properly document work performed on equipment deliveries and pick-ups
• May be asked to transport non-hazardous loads to/from landfills
• Occasional overnight travel may be needed

Equipment Used

• Truck: heavy duty, winch trucks
• Tractor trailers: Both hydraulic and gas powered
• Unit trailers
• Telephone, radio, handheld dispatch equipment & computer
• Load pulling/load securement chains, straps, winch

Qualifications

This is a safety-sensitive role that requires strict adherence to all company safety protocols and standards.

Prospective employees must submit to a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid Class A CDL & Medical Card
• 3+ years of CDL Class A driving experience, or 2 years with a truck driving school certificate
• Valid Tanker Endorsement required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. to shoulder level.
• Proficient in English for communication, following highway signs, and completing reports.
• CDL driving experience from military service accepted.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with roll-off or winch trucks (heavy haul preferred).
• Hazmat Endorsement
• Towing experience
• 6 months roll-off truck experience within the last 24 months.
• TWIC card
