Job summary

Ironclad Environmental Solutions (IES) is seeking a skilled local truck driver to safely transport frac tanks, vacuum boxes, and tankers to nearby customers. The role emphasizes property surveys, equipment setup, and timely documentation of deliveries and pickups.

The job supports a Monday–Friday schedule with home daily, opportunities for overtime, and a comprehensive benefits package. Candidates should have a valid Class A CDL and relevant tanker/winch truck experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 21+ years of age minimum.
• Valid Class A CDL issued by a state or jurisdiction.
• 3+ years of CDL Class A driving experience, or 2 years with a truck driving school certificate.
• Experience with roll-off or winch trucks (heavy haul preferred).
• Tanker and Hazmat endorsements preferred; TWIC card required.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport frac tanks, vacuum boxes, and tankers to/from local customers.
• Survey customer property, set up, and secure equipment on site.
• Routinely inspect vehicle for maintenance and upkeep.
• Document work performed on equipment deliveries and pickups.
• May transport non-hazardous loads to/from landfills.
• Occasional overnight travel may be needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport frac tanks, vacuum boxes, and tankers to/ from local customers
• Survey customer property, set up, & secure equipment on the property
• Routinely inspect vehicle to ensure proper maintenance and upkeep
• Properly document work performed on equipment deliveries and pick-ups
• May be asked to transport non-hazardous loads to/from landfills
• Occasional overnight travel may be needed

• Truck: heavy duty, winch trucks
• Tractor trailers: Both hydraulic and gas powered
• Unit trailers
• Telephone, radio, handheld dispatch equipment & computer
• Load pulling/load securement chains, straps, winch

Job Qualifications

This is a safety-sensitive role that requires strict adherence to all company safety protocols and standards.

Prospective employees must submit to a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid Class A CDL issued by one state or jurisdiction.
• 3+ years of CDL Class A driving experience, or 2 years with a truck driving school certificate (experience within the last 7 years preferred).
• Experience with roll-off or winch trucks (heavy haul preferred).
• Valid Tanker Endorsement required.
• Hazmat Endorsement preferred.
• Towing experience preferred.
• 6 months roll-off truck experience within the last 24 months.
• TWIC card required.
• Valid medical certificate, physically qualified to drive a commercial vehicle.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. to shoulder level.
• Proficient in English for communication, following highway signs, and completing reports.
• CDL driving experience from military service accepted.
